Reception MANAGER – FULL TIME, PERMANENT
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum inc tronc

What we’re looking for:
· Previous experience as a Reception Manager, Head Host, Senior Host or Reception Supervisor in a reputable restaurant or hotel setting
· A warm, polished and confident approach to guest experience
· Strong reservation and diary management experience
· Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone/email
· Confidence managing guest enquiries, special requests and busy arrival periods
· Calm, organised and professional under pressure
· Strong attention to detail and pride in high standards
· A positive, supportive approach to leading and developing a small reception or host team
· Experience with restaurant booking systems would be beneficial
