Manage 2 administration staff and apprentice, ensure the procedures and processes of the office run smoothly, be responsible for every day HR needs and work with external HR, read and produce tender documentation and ensure departments are aware of what they need to action, work with the external IT team to ensure systems are operational, work with the external marketing team to devise campaigns, blogs, social media and events, Manage the new business systems to ensure consistent amount of new enquiries.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain office records and ensure accurate documentation
· Manage office operations and ensure efficiency in daily activities
· Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
· Handle human resources functions such as recruitment, inductions and performance evaluations and other HR related matters
· Oversee vehicle maintenance scheduling
· Generate Quotes and Invoices
· Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
· Working with education providers to ensure apprentices are meeting kpis and on target for achieving the apprenticeship.
· Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
· Marketing, advertising and website management working with external marketing team
· Conduct team meetings and coordinate office events
· Manage company insurance and other bills in relation to the business
· Manage the lettings portfolio including inspections, advertising properties, inventories, and maintenance issues
· Working with external suppliers of HR and IT to ensure the smooth running of operations.
· Ensure new business streams generate consistent enquiries
· Network and build relationships with key stakeholders.
· Read incoming tenders and accurately highlight information required and ensure everyone is aware of their responsibilities to fulfil the tender.

Pay: £18.50-£22.00 per hour
