We are looking for a Hatchery Operative.
Temporary 3 Months
Monday to Friday 5:30 am - 2:45 pm
Every other Saturday 5:30-12:30pm
Main duties:
- Follow instructions from the Hatchery Supervisor and maintain high standards of work
- General cleaning and tidiness, ensuring a high level of bio-security
- Loading setters with eggs
- Manual Handling when transferring eggs
- Be confident that standards of chick & egg welfare are met at all times in the handling of chicks/eggs
What you will need:
- Numerate and literate for record keeping
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Able to perform manual handling as part of your role
- Experience within a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary -£611.89 per week
