We are looking for an experienced Implant Dentist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about implant dentistry, committed to high clinical standards and interested in developing their knowledge and experience within biological dentistry.
Experience or training in ceramic/metal-free implants is highly advantageous, although we would also welcome an experienced implant dentist who has a genuine interest in developing this area of their practice.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality implant dentistry from consultation and treatment planning through to placement, restoration and ongoing maintenance.
You will work closely with our wider clinical and support team to ensure a seamless patient journey and excellent continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive implant consultations, assessments and treatment planning.
- Diagnose and treatment plan straightforward and complex implant cases.
- Place and restore dental implants to a high clinical standard.
- Manage implant cases throughout the patient journey, including appropriate review and maintenance.
- Work collaboratively with referring clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Communicate treatment options, risks, benefits and alternatives clearly and compassionately.
- Ensure patients feel informed, supported and confident throughout their treatment.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records.
- Work in accordance with GDC standards, professional guidelines and practice protocols.
- Participate in clinical governance, case reviews and continuing professional development.
- Contribute to the development of our implant and biological dentistry protocols.
- Be open to exploring biologically focused approaches to implant dentistry and patient care.
- Continue to develop knowledge in areas such as ceramic implants, metal-free dentistry, biocompatibility and minimally invasive treatment approaches.
Essential Requirements
- GDC registered and fully compliant with professional requirements.
- Significant experience in implant dentistry.
- Demonstrable experience in implant treatment planning and implant placement.
- Strong clinical judgement and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and patient-management skills.
- A commitment to ethical, patient-centred dentistry.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- A genuine interest in biological dentistry and a willingness to learn and evolve within this area.
Desirable
- Formal postgraduate qualification or advanced training in implant dentistry.
- Training or experience in ceramic/zirconia implant systems.
- Experience with complex implant cases.
- Knowledge of bone grafting, sinus augmentation and soft-tissue management.
- Experience working within a biological or holistic dental environment.
- Interest in metal-free and minimally invasive dentistry.
- Experience with advanced digital workflows, CBCT and digital implant planning.
- An established portfolio of implant cases and a commitment to clinical excellence.
