£12.71 to £13.71 per hour depending on experience
We're looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Barista to join the team at our new Winchester café.
At Babelas, we believe great coffee and genuine hospitality go hand in hand. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating memorable customer experiences, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a growing independent café brand.
Whether you're an experienced barista or have hospitality experience and a passion for coffee, we'd love to hear from you.
We have both full time and part time roles available.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing high quality coffee and drinks consistently
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the café
- Supporting the team during busy service periods
- Handling customer orders and payments
- Helping create a welcoming and positive atmosphere
What we're looking for:
- Previous barista or hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly and confident personality
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Passion for coffee and customer service
