Night Care Assistant Required – Immediate Start
£14.00 per hour, rising to £15.50 per hour upon successful completion of the probationary period.
We are looking for a caring, reliable, and compassionate individual to provide overnight support for an elderly lady in her own home.
This is a waking night position and would suit someone who is patient, trustworthy, and able to work independently whilst ensuring the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of the client throughout the night.
Duties Include:
- Providing companionship and reassurance
- Assisting with overnight personal care as required
- Supporting with mobility and safety
- Maintaining simple care records and handovers
- Ensuring a calm, safe, and comfortable environment
Requirements:
- Previous care experience preferred
- Valid DBS registered with the DBS Update Service
- Available to start immediately
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
- Comfortable working waking night shifts independently
Hours:
- Up to 4 night shifts per week
- Regular ongoing work for the right candidate
Additional Information:
- Personal care may be required
- No medication administration involved
