Job Title: New Sites Administrator
Reports to: New Sites Support Manager
Based: Remote with 1 day a week in our Burntwood, Staffordshire Head office
Salary Up to £25,000 DOE
About the role
The New Sites Administrator plays a key role in supporting the UK New Sites team by providing high-quality administrative, research and reporting support. Working closely with the New Sites Support Manager and wider team, you'll help maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities, coordinate Board reporting, and support the progression of new nursery sites from initial research through to approval and delivery.
You'll play an important part in keeping the new sites function organised, data-driven and on track, supporting a diverse pipeline of projects including conversions, refurbishments, purpose-built nurseries and greenfield developments that contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Role Responsibilities:

Pipeline Management: Maintain the UK New Sites pipeline, ensuring trackers, milestones, actions and reporting are accurate, up to date and easily accessible.

Reporting & Governance: Prepare Board reports, approval papers, dashboards and presentations, coordinating information from across the New Sites team to meet key deadlines.

Research & Site Appraisal: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, demographic and planning reviews, supporting early-stage site appraisals and feasibility assessments.

Programme Coordination: Collaborate with Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, Property, Legal and Project teams to coordinate updates, actions and programme delivery.

Document & Meeting Management: Maintain project documentation, organise meetings, prepare agendas, record actions and ensure follow-up activities are completed.

Performance & Continuous Improvement: Monitor pipeline performance and KPIs, while identifying opportunities to improve reporting, processes and decision-making across the programme.
Required Qualifications:

We're looking for a proactive, highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting business growth.
You'll have:

Experience in an administrative, project or programme support role, ideally within property, development, childcare, healthcare, retail or another multi-site environment.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, with confidence producing high-quality reports and presentations.

Good research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear, concise findings.

Exceptional attention to detail when managing reports, pipeline data and commercially sensitive information.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, working effectively across teams and all levels of the business.
