We have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant eager to learn and develop to join our Finance department based in Northampton. We would consider part-time for the right candidate.
Reporting to the Finance Manager this role will include:
· Purchase Ledger – Payment runs, Holiday cover etc
· Supplier Reconciliations, queries etc
· Sales Ledger
· Customer Invoicing Reconciliations
· Liaising with Depots around the UK and assisting with queries
· Vehicle Administration (DVLA, DVSA etc)
· Maintaining databases
· General Administrative support duties as required.
The successful candidate will have great interpersonal skills and be willing to learn.
Key Skills required
· MS Office with Intermediate to Advanced Excel (Lookups etc)
· Attention to detail
· Ability to develop positive working relationships
· Good communication skills – both written and verbal
· Ability to work to deadlines in a busy office
Overview
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
