Duties
- Support residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Follow personalised care plans to deliver consistent and effective care tailored to each resident’s needs
- Maintain clear communication with team members, residents, and their families to ensure seamless care delivery
- Use IT systems to update care records accurately and efficiently
- Ensure a safe environment by adhering to health and safety standards and reporting any concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members
- Basic IT skills for documentation and updating electronic health records
- Ability to follow detailed care plans accurately and compassionately
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude towards supporting others
