kitchen porter/ assistant- The Gamekeeper
A 100% fresh food Pub Restaurant, The Gamekeeper is the first of an expanding small group of privately owned, quality-driven, food destination pubs.
Experience of such a fresh food operation ideally, however training will be given to right candidate
We are excited to offer one position as kitchen assistant in a busy, professional kitchen, in a thriving up and coming establishment.
The role will include, efficient Kitchen porter duties, basic food preparation and aiding the chefs in the day to day running's of a busy kitchen. I.e prepping Veg, Basic Desserts, daily Kitchen Cleaning tasks.
Basic food knowledge and kitchen skills will be required, with a minimum of 1 year in the industry. Level 1 food hygiene certificate is required, which we will provide. Candidates must show punctuality, the ability to perform tasks to a standard expected by management. to show motivation and to be able to work as a team.
There will be opportunity to progress within the kitchen and learn new skills.

Part-time hours: 0-40 per week
Pay: £8.10-£12.80 per hour
