As part of our continued expansion, we’re looking for experienced Senior Block Managers to join our team of Support Managers. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced property professionals who want to use their expertise in a flexible way, supporting a variety of clients, portfolios and projects without the limitations of traditional property management roles.
As a TMS Support Manager, you'll be able to choose the assignments you work, giving you real variety in your career. Assignments vary in length, allowing you to take on consecutive assignments if you’re looking for consistent, full-time work, or select opportunities that fit around your existing commitments if you prefer a more flexible approach.
Unlike many traditional Senior Block Management roles, all of our assignments are fully home based, with no site inspections or visits to be carried out. These are taken care of by our dedicated Site Inspectors.
About the Roles
As a Senior Block Manager on assignment with TMS, you will provide high-level property management support to our clients, using your experience and expertise to help manage more complex portfolios, improve processes and maintain excellent service standards.
You will work remotely whilst supporting clients with portfolio management, resident relationships, compliance, contractor management and any escalations.
This is a mindset shift, as although you’re operating as a Senior Block Manager, you are a supplier and your client is the Managing Agent you’re providing the assignment support to.
The role is ideal for an experienced Senior Block Manager who enjoys variety, problem-solving and using their knowledge to make a genuine difference to property businesses. It also suits professionals looking for greater flexibility, exposure to different clients and portfolios, and the opportunity to apply their expertise across a range of assignments.

Key responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Managing key portfolios on behalf of our clients
- Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, residents, contractors and stakeholders
- Providing guidance and support on complex leasehold and property management matters
- Managing resident relationships and handling escalations professionally and effectively
- Overseeing repairs, maintenance programmes and contractor performance
- Managing service charge budgets, expenditure and financial reporting
- Supporting compliance requirements including health & safety, statutory obligations and industry regulations
- Reviewing processes and identifying opportunities for improvements across property management operations
- Preparing reports, updates and management information for clients
