Duties:
- Replacing or repairing damaged panels to a high standard
- Planning work schedules and ordering parts to meet vehicle repair deadlines
- Ensuring vehicles are completed to quality standards and within promised delivery times
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of repair techniques and current industry standards
- Upkeeping good housekeeping standards and managing administrative tasks efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive bodyshop environment
- Ability to repair or replace panels accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- NVQ or ATA qualifications are advantageous but not essential; relevant time-served experience is highly regarded
