We are looking for dynamic starters to join our security teams to help protect a logistics site in Rugby.
We are looking for a Site Security Manager who is proactive, reliable, and experienced in leading security operations, ensuring the safety of people, assets, and facilities while maintaining the highest security standards.
Shift pattern
- Monday - Friday 06:00-18:00.
- 60 hours per week.
- Overtime available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all site security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Lead, supervise, and support the site security team.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement effective security measures.
- Monitor and investigate security incidents, escalating where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Maintain security systems, access controls, and CCTV operations.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and emergency services as required.
- Prepare security reports and maintain accurate records.
- Drive continuous improvement in security performance and site resilience.
Person Specification Essential:
- Valid SIA license
- Previous leadership experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to deal with clients
- High level of professionalism
- Flexible working hours
- Reliable with excellent time keeping
- Ability to use initiative and be adaptable
