Job description
Glass collector / back bar support -friendly and approachable , reliable and hardworking team member , general kitchen duties are filling and emptying dishwashers with glassware , stock handling/ stock rotation and cleaning and clearing tables with glassware , collecting glasses around the bar inside and outside , lifting stock up from the cellar , emptying bins and all aspects of keeping a busy bar clean and tidy for customers , must be confident around customers to offer great customer service , support the bar staff with filling up stock etc in bar fridges therefore does require quite a bit of heavy lifting , work well in a team and its weekend night work and bank holidays

Pay: £10.00-£12.71 per hour
