Peach Design is an award-winning Sign & Graphics company based in Beckenham, delivering exceptional branding, signage, and large-format graphics for some of the UK's leading commercial and construction projects.
We're looking for a Trainee Large Format Printer & Finisher to join our growing production team. This is an entry-level role, so no previous experience in large-format printing is required. Instead, we're looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and pride in producing high-quality work.
You'll receive full training from our experienced team, learning how to operate industry-leading print equipment, manufacture signage and graphics, and become a valued member of our production department.

What You'll Be Learning
Throughout your training you'll gain experience in:
- Operating large-format digital printers, cutters and laminators
- Producing graphics, signage and exhibition displays
- Preparing artwork for print and production
- Applying vinyl graphics and laminates
- Quality checking finished products
- Packaging and preparing work for installation and delivery
- Maintaining production equipment and keeping the workshop organised
- Working safely and following health & safety procedures
- Managing production schedules and meeting deadlines
As your skills develop, you'll take on more responsibility with clear opportunities to progress within the business.

Experience in manufacturing, print, graphics, workshops, DIY or using hand tools would be an advantage but isn't essential.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is also beneficial, but full training will be provided.

- Zünd G3 Digital Cutting System
- Seal Laminators
- ONYX RIP Software
