Key Responsibilities
- Lead service operations, infrastructure support, and project coordination activities
- Oversee team performance, service standards, schedules, budgets, and reporting
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
- Monitor operational risks, service timelines, workflow progress, and quality standards
- Develop strategies to improve service efficiency, cost control, and client outcomes
- Support staff development, process improvement, and leadership planning
- Prepare senior-level reports, operational updates, and service improvement recommendations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in service operations, infrastructure support, facilities management, water systems, project delivery, or technical operations
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working with contractors, vendors, clients, or operational service teams is an advantage

Pay: £88,000.00-£117,000.00 per year
