Administrative Assistant
SML Group is seeking a highly motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our successful and growing team based at our Head Office in Thurmaston, Leicester.

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient individual who enjoys working as part of a busy office team. This role will be based at our Head Office in Thurmaston, Leicester and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative skills within a professional and supportive environment.
Hours of work:
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Managing diaries for multiple surveyors, including scheduling appointments and coordinating daily workloads
- Auditing property reports to ensure accuracy and quality standards are maintained
- Sending property and survey data to clients in a timely manner
- Answering incoming telephone calls and responding professionally to client enquiries
- Assisting with general administrative duties to support the wider team
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is processed efficiently
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
