As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team.
The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with enquiries before and after purchase. Most communication is via messages and email, with occasional telephone calls.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer messages
- Helping customers identify the correct vehicle parts
- Processing returns, exchanges and warranty enquiries
- Resolving delivery issues with couriers
- Working closely with our warehouse team to solve customer queries
- Maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction
- Learning about our product range and vehicle compatibility
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
- Friendly and professional
- An excellent communicator with strong written English
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Reliable, punctual and eager to learn
- Able to remain calm when dealing with challenging situations
Previous customer service experience is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Experience with automotive parts or vehicles would be an advantage but is not required.
