An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Parts Sales Advisor to join our successful team and begin a rewarding career within the commercial vehicle industry. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will receive training and support to develop the skills and knowledge required to contribute to our business sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn how to identify and supply HGV, trailer, and LCV parts using online parts catalogues and cross-referencing systems.
- Assist customers with parts enquiries, both in person and over the phone.
- Support the invoicing process using dealer management and in-house systems.
- Help maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Assist in promoting parts sales and identifying sales opportunities.
- Develop product knowledge to provide accurate advice and support to customers.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Support the team in delivering excellent customer service.
- Assist with goods receiving, storage, and stock organisation.
- Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines.
- Work towards achieving apprenticeship objectives and completing relevant training.
What We're Looking For:

- Basic IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- No previous industry experience required; transferable skills are welcome.
