New Opportunity - Warehouse Supervisor
Our client in Nottingham is looking for an experienced Warehouse supervisor, with a strong work experience ad positive attitude to join their team. They will be key in ensuring operations run smoothly across multiple shifts.
As the new Warehouse Supervisor, you will build strong relationships with a range of people, complete work to a high standard, lead by example with your attitude and work ethic.
As the new Warehouse Supervisor, you will:
- Lead a team of Warehouse staff to ensure all functions are covered to support production needs daily.
- Work with department managers to make sure there is a continuous flow of finished stock across all shifts, from production end to finished stock locations.
- Ensuring finished stock picks are completed in a timely manner.
- Make sure that high hygiene standards are adhered to throughout site, and that they are followed throughout daily activities.
- Make certain that all staff comply with all quality, process and health and safety procedures.
- Management and monitoring of all MHE driving standards, pre-use checks, and defect reporting.
- Support managers with training of new workers.
Requirements for this role:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous supervising/team leading experience.
- Must have a Counterbalance license and previous experience.
- Ability to use IT packages, including WMS and Microsoft packages.
- Able to develop relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels.

About this role:
- This is a full-time, permanent position.
- This is a rotating 3-shift pattern.
- Days: 6am - 1:30pm
- Nights: 4 nights only 9pm - 6am
- Afternoons: 1:30pm - 9pm
- Regular overtime is available at weekends.
