Job Summary
We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team in London. What You'll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities to support successful project delivery.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
- Monitor project timelines and help ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Communicate project updates with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers when required.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
- Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks.
- Identify potential project risks and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure effective project coordination.
- Assist with preparing project reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in project coordination, administration, operations, customer service, business support, or a related role is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard business software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- GCSEs, A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications are preferred but not required.
