Qualified Dental Nurse or Experienced Trainee Considered
Clareville Dental Surgery

Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week

Looking for More Than Just Your Next Dental Nursing Role?
At Clareville Dental Surgery, we believe the best practices are built by great people.
We are a long-established mixed NHS and Private dental practice in the heart of Farnborough, but we are also a practice that is continuing to grow, evolve and look to the future.
For us, this appointment isn't simply about finding someone to fill a Dental Nurse position. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of our practice, contribute ideas, develop their own skills and help us continually improve the care and experience we provide to our patients.
You may already be a GDC-registered Dental Nurse looking for your next opportunity, or you may be an experienced Trainee Dental Nurse progressing towards qualification. We are happy to consider both.
You may also bring additional skills or interests in areas such as Oral Health Education, implant dentistry or endodontics, or perhaps there is another area of dentistry that you would particularly like to develop.
We would love to hear about it.
What matters most to us is you, your attitude, your values, your enthusiasm for dentistry and patient care, and your desire to learn, contribute and grow alongside the practice.
A Practice Where You Can Develop
We want our team members to feel that they can build a career with us rather than simply come to work.
If there are areas of dentistry that interest you, we want to encourage that development and, where possible, give you opportunities to broaden your skills and responsibilities.
We particularly welcome applicants who already have, or would be interested in developing, additional skills such as:
- Oral Health Education (OHE)
- Working alongside an Implant and Endodontic Specialist when required
- Digital dentistry and intra-oral scanning
- Patient education and prevention
- Treatment coordination and the wider patient journey
- Other extended duties or areas of dentistry that interest you
You don't need to arrive with all of these skills. Potential, enthusiasm and a genuine willingness to develop are just as important to us as experience.
About Clareville Dental Surgery
We are a friendly, community-focused practice providing both NHS and Private dentistry.
We believe exceptional dentistry is about much more than the clinical treatment itself. From the moment a patient first contacts us to the completion of their care, we want them to feel welcomed, listened to and genuinely looked after.
Our commitment also extends beyond the practice. We actively look for opportunities to support our local community through oral health education, outreach and engagement.
As the practice continues to develop, we are investing in our systems, our patient journey and, most importantly, our people.
This is therefore an exciting time to join Clareville and play an active part in what comes next.
