BAM is seeking an Early Careers Advisor to support the delivery, growth and continuous development of our Early Careers programmes across Scotland, including apprenticeships, graduate apprenticeships, undergraduate placements and graduate schemes.
Reporting to the Early Careers Apprenticeship Manager, you will be the primary Early Careers contact across Scotland, working closely with learners, line managers, training providers, universities and business stakeholders to ensure an exceptional learner experience from attraction through to programme completion.
This role will require regular travel across Scotland, including project sites, training providers, universities and BAM offices, supporting a geographically dispersed early careers population.
Scotland is a key growth area for BAM, with teams delivering major energy and infrastructure projects that support the UK's net-zero ambitions. From electricity transmission infrastructure and substations to converter stations and renewable energy connections, our projects play a vital role in strengthening the energy network, improving energy security, and enabling the transition to a more sustainable future.
