With a team of highly skilled First Responders, Ambulance Technicians, Paramedics, Nurses and Doctors, we pride ourselves on delivering safe, professional, and compassionate care while supporting our clients before, during and after every event.
The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit FREC 3 and FREC 4 qualified Event First Responders based across Northampton and the East Midlands to join our expanding event medical team.
We have regular weekend and weekday work available throughout the year at a variety of exciting events across the region.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver high-quality first aid and pre-hospital emergency care
- Respond promptly to medical incidents and emergencies
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary medical team
- Assess, treat and monitor patients within your scope of practice
- Complete patient report forms accurately
- Provide excellent customer service and compassionate patient care
- Assist with the setup, operation and pack down of medical facilities where required
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
Requirements
- Minimum FREC 3 or FREC 4 qualification
- Current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one – we can assist)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Professional, reliable and committed to delivering high standards of patient care
Desirable
- Previous event medical experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Blue Light driving qualification (where applicable)
- Additional qualifications such as Emergency Oxygen, Penthrox, or CERAD (desirable but not essential)
