- Monday – Friday rotating shifts (1 week 6am-2.15pm, 1 week 10pm-6.15am, 1 week 2pm-10.15pm)
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Line Feeder to join our team. This role will support production by ensuring packaging and finished stock are moved safely and accurately between the warehouse and shopfloor. You will use stock location systems and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to keep production supplied, maintain stock accuracy and support the smooth flow of goods through the business.

Responsibilities:
· Move packaging, materials and finished stock safely and efficiently between the warehouse and shopfloor using appropriate MHE.
· Use stock location systems to locate, transfer and record stock movements accurately.
· Ensure production areas are supplied with the correct packaging and materials in line with production requirements.
· Return finished stock and unused packaging to the correct warehouse locations, maintaining accurate stock control.
· Carry out basic checks on MHE before use and report any issues in line with company procedures.
· Maintain a high level of housekeeping and support 5S standards across warehouse and shopfloor areas.
· Minimise waste, damage and unnecessary stock movements to support cost effectiveness.
· Adhere to company policies and procedures, including IATF, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 requirements.

About you:
· Experience of working in a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment.
· Confident using stock location systems, scanners or similar stock control processes.
· Experience operating MHE, or willingness to be trained where required.
· A safe and responsible approach to moving stock around busy warehouse and shopfloor areas.
· Structured, highly organised and disciplined.
· Methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with warehouse and production teams.
Desirable:
· Valid or previous MHE licences, such as forklift, PPT, reach truck or counterbalance.
· IT literate with experience using warehouse or stock management systems.
