The Role:
You will be assisting the Clinical Team to ensure the clinic runs smoothly, including sterilisation and decontamination, production of client appliances in our in-house lab (more on this shortly!), and completing other tasks to aid the seamless running of the clinic’s operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
As our Dental Clinic Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our clinical team and maintaining the highest standards of care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Decontamination & Sterilisation: Ensuring all instruments and equipment are thoroughly cleaned, sterilised, and ready for use while maintaining strict infection control protocols.
- In-House Lab Work: Assisting in the production of appliances such as retainers and whitening trays in our in-house lab. You’ll be doing the arts and crafts – an opportunity to show off your creative side.
- Clinical Preparation & Support: Preparing treatment rooms, unpacking and organising stock, and ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available throughout the day.
- Operational Efficiency: Working closely with our dentists, hygienists, and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Clinic Cleanliness: Ensure the clinical areas are clean and tidy and meet standards you'd expect from a dental clinic.
You Are:
- Highly organised and always three steps ahead. You’re a natural multi-tasker.
- Able to follow protocols and procedures and ensure systems work seamlessly.
- Able to anticipate the needs of others by putting yourself in their shoes.
- Not satisfied until things are done properly and with attention to detail.
- Proactive and positive – you don’t wait for instructions and can work well in a team or independently.
No previous experience in a dental environment is required. We don't hire based on ability to do the job, but rather on your attitude and willingness to grow and become the best version of yourself.

Compensation/Salary:
- £10.85 - £13.50 per hour, depending on age, experience, flexibility, and attitude.
- Full-time role. We are an 8am-8pm clinic, with flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays. We can tailor the role around your life and commitments if needed.
- Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays.
