To work 30 hours per week from 9am to 3pm to include alternative weekends

Creating a welcoming environment – keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues

Room care with pride – dusting, polishing and vacuuming residents’ rooms to a high standard, always using appropriate safety signage

Working together – collaborating with the management team to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards

Making a difference through kindness – sharing a smile, a conversation, or a moment of connection with residents as you go about your day
