Duties
- Identify and engage potential donors through strategic outreach and personalized communication strategies
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing supporters, ensuring ongoing engagement and loyalty
- Promote our organization’s mission by effectively communicating our programs, goals, and impact stories
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to maximize participation and contributions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams to enhance visibility and outreach efforts
Skills
- Eager to learn with no experience or proven experience in fundraising, sales, or relationship management with a passion for sales, however experience isn’t necessary
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques for donor engagement
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and authentically
- Skilled in public relations strategies to enhance organizational reputation and community presence
