Package Details: Up to £45,000 Per Annum Pro Rata + Excellent Company Benefits
Contracted Hours: Hybrid, starting at 3 days per week

OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor based in Glasgow. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated OHA to join a forward-thinking Occupational Health team, taking full responsibility for the clinical delivery of OH services to their clients.
The Role:
You will undertake a range of services including:
- Case Management assessments and reporting
- Health Surveillance programmes
- Health Promotion and wellbeing initiatives
- Regular travel to client sites on a weekly basis
Requirements:
- Previous Occupational Health experience essential
- Ability to work independently and autonomously across case management, health surveillance and health promotion
- Strong communication, organisational and report-writing skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites weekly
- SCPHN (Occupational Health) qualification or equivalent specialist OH qualification desirable
Package:
- Hybrid working — starting at 3 days per week
- Salary up to £45,000 per annum (pro rata), dependent on experience and qualifications
- Start date: Early August 2026
