Examples of some duties:
To be responsible and accountable for securing the highest standards of pupil achievement across the phase group in teaching.
To effectively monitor and track student academic progress for your curriculum area to ensure high standards are established and maintained, providing intervention strategies as appropriate.
To provide for the pastoral, educational, social, moral, spiritual and cultural development for each individual child in the class.
To use relevant assessment information to set targets for improvement across the phase.
To safeguard every pupil’s health, safety and well being in line with school Policies.
