Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in our lovely traditional pub and hotel. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with established standards.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the premises.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns effectively.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
- Good time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks.

This is a WEEKEND position, overtime may be available during the week during busy periods and to cover holidays.
