As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-Time Wellness Sales Advisor to join our showroom team.
This is much more than a retail role. You’ll be helping customers explore and invest in experiences that enhance their lifestyle and wellbeing. From family evenings in a hot tub to the recovery benefits of a sauna or swim spa, you’ll guide customers through one of the most exciting and meaningful decisions they’ll make for their home.

The Role
As a Wellness Sales Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face of our showroom, taking the time to understand each customer’s lifestyle, needs and aspirations before guiding them towards the products that best suit them.
You’ll create a relaxed, informative and enjoyable experience, ensuring every customer feels confident, inspired and excited about their wellness journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the showroom and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable wellness solutions
- Respond to telephone, email and online enquiries
- Prepare quotations and follow up customer enquiries
- Build strong, lasting relationships throughout the customer journey
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system
Working Hours
This role includes:
- Every Saturday (essential) 10am - 5pm
- Two additional weekdays (to be agreed) 10am - 3pm
- Flexibility to provide holiday cover would be an advantage
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles (preferred but not essential)
- Well organised and reliable
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- A positive team player with a genuine interest in helping people
- Interested in health, wellness or premium lifestyle products (an advantage, but not essential)
