Summary
We are seeking a Contract Lift Manager to oversee mobile crane operations and ensure the successful execution of mobile crane lifting projects. Based in London and Essex, this role is vital in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the crane hire industry
We are a family run, friendly team offering a full-time permanent contract of employment.
A company car for personal use and fuel are provided as part of your employment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out site surveys
- Plan and coordinate lifting operations to meet project specifications.
- Prepare RAMS and lift plans using auto CAD software
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members to facilitate smooth operations
- Ensure all lifting activities adhere to health and safety standards
- Build and maintain good client relationships
Qualifications
- Proven experience in crane operations or lifting management
- A61 CPCS appointed persons qualification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to lifting
- Valid driving licence
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects efficiently
- Familiarity with mobile cranes construction sites or industrial environments is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
