We’re growing our Sheffield team and looking for a dynamic Marketing Assistant who brings strong communication skills, ambition, and a hands-on approach to driving face-to-face sales engagement. You’ll assist with on-site customer acquisition efforts across live pop-ups, promotional venues, and high-footfall locations throughout the city while learning the fundamentals of direct marketing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with interactive promotional setups and marketing displays across Sheffield
- Participating in daily on-site briefings, campaign target setting, and pitch workshops
- Engaging directly with prospective buyers to deliver persuasive brand presentations and drive sales
- Tracking daily campaign performance benchmarks, evaluating customer responses, and refining pitch strategies
- Supporting event logistics, brand materials management, and campaign reporting
- Collaborating with team members to hit weekly and monthly marketing goals
The Person We’re Looking For
- Confident, persuasive communicator who excels in direct engagement and rapport building
- Target-driven, ambitious, and eager to launch an entry-level commercial career
- Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Available to work full-time on-site across Sheffield locations
