We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales & Administration Executive to join our growing team based in South Leicestershire.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering excellent customer service, and being part of a dynamic and fast-paced business.
Whilst previous experience within the firearms or shooting sports industry is not essential, a genuine interest in shooting sports, hunting, clay shooting, target shooting, airguns, or the wider outdoor sector would be highly advantageous.
About the Role
As part of our Internal Sales team, you will be responsible for supporting our trade customers, processing orders, handling enquiries, and proactively developing sales opportunities across our extensive portfolio of industry-leading brands.
This role combines customer service, administration, and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping customers find the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Building strong relationships with trade customers
- Proactively contacting customers to generate sales opportunities
- Providing product information and support
- Assisting with administration duties and customer account management
- Supporting the wider sales team to achieve business objectives
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service, administration, or office-based role
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A proactive, positive, and self-motivated approach
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A genuine interest in firearms, shooting sports, hunting, clay shooting, airguns, or outdoor pursuits
Industry experience is not essential, as full product training will be provided. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
