What Youll Be Doing:
At Abingdon, we provide lifechanging residential care for adults with complex needs including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. Expect plenty of variety: from helping with everyday personal care routines to joining in with activities including walking, watching sport, swimming, bingo, gaming, volunteering, gardening, shopping, socialising, going to the cinema, listening to music, watching television and being in the community.
We support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals, promoting choice, dignity and respect in everyday life. We work as part of a closeknit, supportive team and youre not just anyone, youre someone who brings compassion and commitment to every moment.
