The Role
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional Front of House Sales Assistant to join our team.
As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer service while assisting with sales and day-to-day shop tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has an interest in country clothing, country pursuits and premium retail brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers into the store.
- Providing excellent customer service and product advice.
- Assisting customers with country clothing, footwear and accessories.
- Operating the till and processing sales.
- Answering telephone and email enquiries.
- Replenishing stock and maintaining attractive displays.
- Keeping the shop clean, tidy and well presented.
- Assisting with deliveries and stock organisation.
- Supporting colleagues across the business where required.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and professional.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Confident communicating with a wide variety of customers.
- Well presented with a positive attitude.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- PC literate.
- Able to lift and move heavy items.
- Able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a small team.
- Organised with a methodical approach to work.
- Possesses excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- An interest in country sports, country clothing or the countryside.
- Knowledge of premium country clothing brands.
- Experience using retail EPOS systems.

Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Hours
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
Salary
Competitive salary, dependent on experience, to be discussed at interview.
