Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and energetic Semi-Permanent Makeup / Brow Artist to join our team as a Room Rental specialist. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for beauty professionals to utilize their skills in a supportive environment, providing top-tier semi-permanent makeup services while managing their own client bookings within our dedicated space.
- Fully qualified and insured semi-permanent makeup/brow artist (microblading, powder brows, or similar)
- An existing client base or following preferred — we'd love someone ready to bring their clients into a new space, not starting from zero
- Professional, reliable, and comfortable working alongside other practitioners
Duties
- Perform semi-permanent makeup procedures, focusing on eyebrow enhancement, using precise techniques to achieve natural and long-lasting results
- Provide exceptional customer service by consulting with clients to understand their desired outcomes and explaining the process clearly
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming treatment room in accordance with health and safety standards
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service delivery
- Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after treatments to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
- Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and follow-up requirements
- Promote the services offered within the space to attract new clients and encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Proven experience in makeup application, specifically semi-permanent or microblading techniques preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures and build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently within a rented room environment while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols related to cosmetic procedures
- A passion for beauty artistry and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
