Supervised Operative – £28,000 to £32,000 (subject to experience)
Location: London & South East
Hours: Flexible to suit site location (typically 40–48 hours per week)
We are working with a specialist construction firm seeking a reliable and motivated Supervised Operative to join their growing installation team, delivering projects across London and the South East.
This role involves assisting with the installation of waterproofing and wetroom systems to a high standard across various residential and commercial construction sites. The successful candidate will receive full training and development opportunities within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Install waterproofing systems, tilebacker boards, drainage systems, and shower floor build-ups.
Follow health & safety procedures, always using the correct PPE and working in accordance with method statements and risk assessments.
Maintain a professional and tidy approach to work, equipment, and appearance.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members.
Complete relevant site documentation and comply with company procedures.
Requirements
Full UK driving licence.
Previous construction or installation experience preferred but not essential.
Good communication and time management skills.
Strong work ethic and positive, professional attitude.
Flexibility to work on sites across London and the South East.
