OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring that event and production equipment is prepped, maintained, and managed according to our high standards. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment, competently managing a team and resources to support successful event outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring effective storage and handling of inventory.
- Prioritise tasks to manage multiple workflows, especially during high volume returns and dispatch, focusing on the optimal use of space and resources.
- Lead, train and manage the warehouse team, instilling best practices in inventory control and equipment handling.
- Regularly interact with inventory management systems, specifically HireHop (training provided), to maintain accurate records of all assets.
- Prepare and de-prep equipment based on specific job requirements and checklists, ensuring readiness and reliability for subsequent use.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
- Develop and monitor KPIs such as the percentage of ready equipment and accuracy of job preparations, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of warehouse operations.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a fast-paced, technical warehouse setting.
- Experience within events, production or rental industry.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and Health & Safety requirements.
- Good IT and inventory management skills with experience in using inventory management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
- Effective communication and leadership skills in order to manage, motivate and develop a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with KPI implementation and performance management.
- Experience in problem-solving logistical and operational challenges within a warehouse setting.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
