Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Shop/Sales Advisor located in Cramlington. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations from an initial enquiries, to quotes and then orders. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquires
- Quotations
- Payment Handling
- Schedule and management of jobs
- Document management and storage
- Social Media Marketing
Desired Experience
- Experience in Stores/Sales
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team setting
- Previous experience in retail management is a plus
Working days - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 09:00 - 17:00. The days and hours are desired and could be flexible upon discussion.
Important
Salary would be paid either through a contractor - i.e you would be working as self employed for the business or cash in hand if preferred.
