Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in janitorial services or commercial cleaning, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties across designated commercial spaces, including offices, retail outlets, laboratories and other public areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other facilities as required.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll where necessary.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and report any faults or damages promptly.
- Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Skills
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and thoroughly.
- Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively within allocated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable with a positive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is advantageous. Location
- This role is based in Milton Business Park. 3 hours twice a week after hours.
