The Senior Progarmme Manager for Health & Care will focus on finalising and programme managing the delivery of the Councils Transitions Strategy. This is a partnership strategy aimed at improving the way we support young people with additional needs in their progression to adulthood and the challenges and opportunities that brings. The role will also support the delivery of the Joint Health & Wellbeing Board strategy for improving local population health
This is a fixed term role for two years in line with the milestones for delivering the aims of the transitions strategy

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.

Your contractual location will be the designated council office for your team and travel to and from your contractual location would be at your own expense.
