We are a small powder coating company located near Great Dunmow and we are looking to appoint a Factory Floor Supervisor.
As General Manager you would be responsible for managing a small team of labourers and powder coaters in the day to day running of the factory floor.
The successful candidate will be in charge of up to 5 operatives and would need to have Powder Coating Industry experience as an operative and understand how to manage the factory floor efficiently,
Day to day responsibilities -
-Liaise with the Sales Director each morning and agree each days work load and deadlines.
-Ensure each factory team member is fully tasked and working efficiently.
-To ensure quality control is carried out on each job completed and rectification is reported to management.
-In the absence of the sales director to be able to cost working drawings for quotation purposes and speak to customers by telephone and respond to their emails.

The hours will be 7am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday.
20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays.
