We're looking for a passionate and reliable Cook Assistant to join our busy, family run coffee shop. We pride ourselves on serving freshly prepared breakfasts, brunches, lunches and a wide selection of home made cakes all made with quality ingredients and attention to detail.
You will closley work with our head chef assisting with baking, food preparation and delivering a smooth, efficient service.
Your key responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Assist with the preparation and cooking of our menu
- Preparing ingredients and keeping the kitchen organised for service
- Maintaning high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
- Helping bake our range of home made cakes and traybakes
- To ensure all food deliveries are stored, packed, labelled and handled correctly.
