Job Title: Multi Trader – Social Housing
Location: Islington
Pay Rate: £25.45ph
We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trader to join our team working within social housing across Islington, delivering high-quality reactive maintenance services.
This is a mobile role attending occupied properties, carrying out a variety of day-to-day repairs to ensure homes are safe, well-maintained, and meet required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out reactive maintenance repairs in tenanted properties
- Complete a range of multi-trade works including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, and general repairs
- Diagnose faults and complete works efficiently and effectively
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
- Provide a professional and customer-focused service when working in residents’ homes
- Accurately record works completed using job systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader within social housing or similar environments
- Ability to carry out a variety of trade tasks to a good standard
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer service skills
