Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Site Plumber to join our team, working on commercial construction and refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing of domestic hot and cold water systems, drainage systems, and associated plumbing works.
Responsibilities
- Install domestic hot and cold water pipework systems in commercial environments
- Install and connect sanitary pipework, drainage systems, and waste systems
- Carry out first and second fix plumbing installations
- Install copper, plastic, and other approved pipework systems
- Fit sanitaryware, valves, pumps, traps, and plumbing fixtures
- Read and interpret plumbing drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Carry out pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning of systems
- Identify and resolve plumbing issues on site
- Work alongside other trades to coordinate installation works
- Ensure all work is completed to current regulations, specifications, and site standards
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment in line with site health & safety requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a commercial/site plumber
- Experience installing domestic hot and cold water services
- Experience with drainage, waste, and soil pipe systems
- Ability to work from drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of plumbing materials, fittings, and installation methods
- Good understanding of health & safety requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a site team
Qualifications (Desirable)
- NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing qualification or equivalent
- CSCS card
- Relevant site safety training
- Experience working on commercial projects

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £33,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
