We’re looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our growing Glasgow operation. This is an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on leadership experience while supporting a busy team and contributing to the smooth flow of day-to-day activities.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be trusted to support people, priorities and performance, including:
- Helping coordinate daily team activities and workloads
- Supporting colleagues to stay focused on shared objectives
- Monitoring progress and helping keep operations running smoothly
- Assisting with workflow planning and task allocation
- Supporting quality, accuracy and efficiency across daily activities
- Helping new team members settle into their roles
- Communicating updates clearly with colleagues and supervisors
- Identifying practical ways to improve processes
- Supporting a safe, organised and productive working environment
- Taking on greater leadership responsibility as you develop
The Person We're Looking For
You don’t need to arrive with years of management experience.
We’re interested in people who can demonstrate:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A reliable and organised approach to work
- Confidence supporting and motivating others
- The ability to stay calm in a busy environment
- A proactive approach to solving problems
- Good attention to detail and accountability
- A willingness to learn and develop as a leader
Experience in a fast-paced operational, logistics, warehouse or team-based environment is helpful but not essential.

With training and support, you’ll have the opportunity to develop towards roles such as:
Team Leader → Supervisor → Operations Manager → Senior Operations Management
