Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our hospitality and food service environment. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas of operation.
- Assist in training new staff members and provide ongoing support to develop team skills.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Monitor customer service interactions, addressing any issues promptly to uphold excellent hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with management to plan menus, optimise workflow, and improve operational efficiency.
- Uphold health and safety policies at all times, fostering a safe working environment for all staff.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated team management capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols and food production processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Previous restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable, including serving or barista roles.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and customers alike.

Pay: £12.80-£13.40 per hour
