Ruby Cleaning Services Chesterfield Ltd is one of the region’s fastest-growing exterior cleaning companies. We currently have a friendly, skilled team of 7 window cleaners — and now we’re looking for another reliable and driven person to join us as we continue to grow.
This is a hands-on, outdoor role using modern water-fed pole cleaning systems to deliver high-quality window cleaning services to residential and commercial clients.
You'll be:
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Driving a company van between sites (local and regional)
- Cleaning windows, frames, sills, and doors using water-fed pole systems
- Providing excellent customer service on-site
- Managing equipment, following health & safety guidelines, and maintaining company standards
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Aged 30+ only for insurance purposes
- Live within 20 miles of Chesterfield town centre
- Physically fit, with the ability to work outdoors in all seasons
- Reliable, positive, and self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to great service
- Window cleaning experience preferred but not required — full one-on-one training will be provided for the right candidate

You'll cover a variety of local routes across:
- Chesterfield
- Mansfield
- Worksop
- Doncaster
- And nearby villages and towns
Working hours Monday to Friday 8am-4pm.
